Our portable GIANTZ Deep Cycle Battery provides off-the-grid power supply for 4WD vehicles, caravans, campers, trailers, motorhomes, saltwater/marine applications, and all 12V appliances including portable fridges and washers. The 170Ah 12V battery features an incredible cycle life of up to 1400 cycles, making it one of the most enduring in its class. What you get is a longer, consistent and more drawn out charge all the time. And with its advanced AGM technology, the battery enables better electrolyte absorption, cyclic stability and frequent charging without affecting performance. The bolt down terminals also allows for more reliable experience, and not least, the high oxygen-recombination efficiency results in superior deep discharge recovery. The maintenance-free deep cycle battery is completely sealed, spill-proof and does not leak gas for added safety and durable use.

Note:
1.Please charge the battery on receiving it even if the battery will not be used in the near future.


a.Maintenance-free means the terminals need not be refilled. However, the battery must be recharged periodically after use.
b.It is advised to charge the battery every 3 months if not in use for long periods. This is to prevent over-discharging of the battery which will cause irreparable damage to it.
c.AGM deep cycle batteries have a much longer cycle life if they are exhausted to a small degree and then recharged, rather than draining all their power and recharging all the away.

What is the time frame for returns?

Within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is delivered damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The item is faulty!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

What items are non-refundable?

Can the items be exchanged?

Sorry, we don't allow exchanges due to complexity in shipping & handling process. 

Who pays the return shipping cost ?

1 - For faulty items or Items received damaged : Bring To Door pays the return shipping cost. We will arrange the full refund once the item is returned to our warehouse & inspected.

2 - Returns for change of mind/any other reasons : Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

3 - To cancel an order in transit, which is considered as Return to Sender*** Request :  a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from your refund. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Please note that we cannot guarantee if the Return to Sender*** request will be successful. If failed, the customer needs to REJECT THE ITEM WHEN ITS ARRIVED.

*** IF NOT REJECTED AT ARRIVAL -  the customer will need to cover the return cost. Please ensure the item is not used and keeps its original packaging.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. The refund request will be processed within 3 - 5 working days after receiving your returned item.
