Product description

The 800m Remote Control Dog Training Collar will help you to train 3 dogs at a time. Teach your pet dog or puppy obedience to stop barking, hunting, digging, jumping up, bolting, aggressiveness and so on.

With a 800m remote control range, this provides you with the most effective way of training your dog, no matter what size, at any distance.

It offers 1-99 levels of vibration intensity and 3 correction modes (warning tone/ vibration/ light) for a humane stimulation to train and correct bad behaviour, whether it be outdoor training, hunting or field trip purposes.

Built to last, the collar is constructed with IP65 rainproof and waterproof material, so you needn't worry about wet weather conditions. (pls don't immerse for long periods of time in water).

It has a rapid charging rechargeable battery with a standby auto protect mode to conserve the battery life when not in use. The training collar hibernates if not used after 5 minute, but wakes up instantly by pushing a button on the dog trainer collar remote.

The collar has a super bright indicator light and and so your dog can easily be seen at night or in dark areas.

Expandable to train 3 dogs simultaneously with 3 channels within remote to pair with 3 receivers.

What is the time frame for returns?

Within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is delivered damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The item is faulty!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

What items are non-refundable?

Shipping charge ( For damaged or faulty items shipping charge also will be refunded, if applicable )

Can the items be exchanged?

Sorry, we don't allow exchanges due to complexity in shipping & handling process. 

Who pays the return shipping cost ?

1 - For faulty items or Items received damaged : Bring To Door pays the return shipping cost. We will arrange the full refund once the item is returned to our warehouse & inspected.

2 - Returns for change of mind/any other reasons : Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

3 - To cancel an order in transit, which is considered as Return to Sender*** Request :  a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from your refund. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Please note that we cannot guarantee if the Return to Sender*** request will be successful. If failed, the customer needs to REJECT THE ITEM WHEN ITS ARRIVED.

*** IF NOT REJECTED AT ARRIVAL -  the customer will need to cover the return cost. Please ensure the item is not used and keeps its original packaging.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. The refund request will be processed within 3 - 5 working days after receiving your returned item.
