Product description

This bark collar is designed for no-pain correction with enhanced vibration and tone technology, which helps to stop barking for small, medium and large dogs.

It automatically increases in intensity the longer the barking continues. The particular triggering sensor will detect and activate only when your dog barks 1000 to 2000kHZ and 80 to 90db, which can safely and effectively filter other unrelated sounds and prevent false triggering.

The collar features an inbuilt USB magnetic rechargeable battery, and waterproof for rainy or snowy conditions.

Innovative in design and with and LED screen display to physically indicate the sensitivity and vibration level of the collar.

Features:

  • Hypoallergenic fabric collar: Fully adjustable and designed to distribute the anti-bark device’s weight across the scruff area of their neck. It’s so comfortable, your pet won’t even know it’s on.

  • Smart Detection: Growling, shaking, scratching or other dogs barking won’t trigger the collar and prevents confusing your pet during the training process. The collar is triggered only by your dog’s bark and includes an over voltage safety chip.

  • Magnetic Charging and Waterproof: The collar contains a built-in USB rechargeable battery. It can be fully charged in about 2-3 hours and gave you 10-15 days of use. IP67 waterproof level design and suit for dog swimming in summer and shower.

  • For Dogs 3-55kgs: Fits small to medium to large dogs, 3 months old and up. The device is 3.8cm x 3.8cm x 7cm. The nylon cinch collar (no holes)
    can be adjusted to fit the smallest pet. The largest collar diameter is approximately 50cm or 65cm in circumference.

  • LED Display: For sensitive and vibration level.

  • Night light mode for night walks and dog detection in the dark.

  • 4 levels of sensitivity to detect sound (A-low/B/C/D-high)

    What is the time frame for returns?

    Within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

    The item I received is damaged!

    If the purchased product is delivered damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

    The item is faulty!

    If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

    What items are non-refundable?

    Can the items be exchanged?

    Sorry, we don't allow exchanges due to complexity in shipping & handling process. 

    Who pays the return shipping cost ?

    1 - For faulty items or Items received damaged : Bring To Door pays the return shipping cost. We will arrange the full refund once the item is returned to our warehouse & inspected.

    2 - Returns for change of mind/any other reasons : Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

    3 - To cancel an order in transit, which is considered as Return to Sender*** Request :  a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from your refund. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

    Please note that we cannot guarantee if the Return to Sender*** request will be successful. If failed, the customer needs to REJECT THE ITEM WHEN ITS ARRIVED.

    *** IF NOT REJECTED AT ARRIVAL -  the customer will need to cover the return cost. Please ensure the item is not used and keeps its original packaging.
