Product description

This is a USB rechargeable and rainproof Training Collar. Anti Bark collar which uses vibration and sound to calm your dog. When the sound of the dog bark reaches a certain frequency, it will trigger the sensors, thus triggering the products first sound after the vibration. 

The training collar features a light reflective nylon material allowing you to have better sight of your dog in the dark.

Directions for Use:

  • The digital tube shows the gears of vibration, sound and sensitivity
  • 1-7 gears you can choose to adjust the sensitivity,1 gear for the least sensitive, 7 gear for the most sensitive.(Constantly press the corresponding function of the button, then you can adjust the gear)
  • 0-7 gears you can choose to adjust the vibration, when the vibration gear is 0, the product does not vibrate
  • 0-7 gears you can choose to adjust the sound, when the sound gear is 0, the product will remain silent. 1st gear will bring 0.5 second long sound. 7th gear is the highest level, which will make a 3.5 second sound.

Recharge fully before first use. Please note DO NOT charge with a USB charger that uses over 1 amp of current, otherwise this may damage the product.

Please note that this is a training tool for your dog and should only be used under supervision, especially the first time you put the collar on your dog. 


The first time you put the collar your dog, you will need stay close to them in order to explain why the collar is doing what it is doing. 

Always remember the dog needs to understand that the collar is doing this because they are barking. You know your dog better than anyone else which is why you will know how to communicate that to them.

What is the time frame for returns?

Within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is delivered damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The item is faulty!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

What items are non-refundable?

Can the items be exchanged?

Sorry, we don't allow exchanges due to complexity in shipping & handling process. 

Who pays the return shipping cost ?

1 - For faulty items or Items received damaged : Bring To Door pays the return shipping cost. We will arrange the full refund once the item is returned to our warehouse & inspected.

2 - Returns for change of mind/any other reasons : Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

3 - To cancel an order in transit, which is considered as Return to Sender*** Request :  a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from your refund. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Please note that we cannot guarantee if the Return to Sender*** request will be successful. If failed, the customer needs to REJECT THE ITEM WHEN ITS ARRIVED.

*** IF NOT REJECTED AT ARRIVAL -  the customer will need to cover the return cost. Please ensure the item is not used and keeps its original packaging.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. The refund request will be processed within 3 - 5 working days after receiving your returned item.
