Product description

Filtered, clean and pure water on demand. With the Devanti Countertop Water Dispenser, it could not be any easier. The large 22-litre water purifier container ensures that ample drinking water is always on call without hassle. Better still, the food-grade plastic container is refillable to ensure you can always have water anytime without having to wait for delivery of bottled water. Best of all, the water undergoes a 6-stage filtration process that rids it of harmful impurities, chemicals and odours for pure, unadulterated drinking water at the right pH level. The dispenser comes with three taps to deliver water at hot, cold or room temperature options. Plus, the dispenser also comes with a smart detachable water guide plate that allows you to use bottled water if needed. The dispenser is designed for safe use with protection against overheating, over-current, drying out and electric shocks. Not least, the dispenser can be placed on any counter top for convenient use and the anti-slip feet ensure that the ensemble stays firmly in place.

*Note: Before using water dispenser, please fill in water first and then switch it on to prevent any dispenser malfunction.

What is the time frame for returns?

Within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is delivered damaged, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The item is faulty!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 calendar days of the delivered date.

What items are non-refundable?

Can the items be exchanged?

Sorry, we don't allow exchanges due to complexity in shipping & handling process. 

Who pays the return shipping cost ?

1 - For faulty items or Items received damaged : Bring To Door pays the return shipping cost. We will arrange the full refund once the item is returned to our warehouse & inspected.

2 - Returns for change of mind/any other reasons : Customer needs to pay the return shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

3 - To cancel an order in transit, which is considered as Return to Sender*** Request :  a 10% restocking fee would be deducted from your refund. We will arrange a partial refund once the item is returned to our warehouse.

Please note that we cannot guarantee if the Return to Sender*** request will be successful. If failed, the customer needs to REJECT THE ITEM WHEN ITS ARRIVED.

*** IF NOT REJECTED AT ARRIVAL -  the customer will need to cover the return cost. Please ensure the item is not used and keeps its original packaging.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. The refund request will be processed within 3 - 5 working days after receiving your returned item.
